Smoking: The SEA VISTA MOTEL IS completely SMOKE FREE and we no longer have ANY SMOKING ROOMS


Smoking or vaping of any LEGAL product is not permitted on any room balcony or walkway (we are a building made out of wood). Out of respect for other guests and their children, smoking is only permitted away from the main building on ground level.

 

Do not smoke anything you shouldn't be smoking in North Carolina. We do work with the local police department to keep our Motel Family Friendly for everyone

Our Room Policies

  • Check-in after 3.30 PM and check-out before 10:00 AM.
  • Our office is staffed for phone calls from 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM.
  • If you’re arriving late (after 7:00 PM), please contact us before 12:00 PM so we can make arrangements for late check-in. 910-328-2171
  • You will receive a call from us the day of arrival of check-in to confirm your stay. Your card will be charged at that time. When you make your reservation, please do so with a CURRENT phone number so we can contact you to confirm your arrival and give you your gate access code.
  • When we either call you the morning of arrival or when you arrive, you will receive your parking lot gate access code to get into the parking land after you have parked your car, just proceed to the office where you will be given your keys etc. anytime AFTER 3:30 PM. NO EARLY CHECK-INS OR LATE CHECKOUTS DUE TO ROOM CLEANING. We do not make exceptions.
  • We will give you directions for our linen services upon your arrival. They are also posted in your room. Call the office for any additional details. We DO NOT enter your room during your stay under any circumstances for both your and our safety.
  • Pet Policy: We only allow dogs (maximum of 2 dogs per room; Must be nonaggressive and at least 1 year old). Please keep your pets on a leash at all times, there is a $50.00 fee for each dog per reservation.
  • If a dog is in your room that we do not know about, we will charge your room $100 for the dog. We will not check with you first before we run the card. Please help keep us a Pet Friendly Hotel by letting us know you have one with you
  • NEW BOAT AND JETSKI TRAILER POLICY: Vehicles with ANY trailer or towed item need APPROVAL before arrival to park on Motel Property during your stay due to limited parking space and safety. You need a separate parking pass for anything other than your car or truck. Powered Boats or Jet ski's are allowed on property ONLY with approval from the Motel front desk and Manager. If you do not get prior approval, your boat or Jet ski may not be able to park her...just call the office for details. 910-328-2171

Our Rates

  • Rates quoted are for 2 or 4 people in any unit depending on room type 
  • Apartments are for up to 5 or 6 guests (North is for 6, South is for 5)
  • Add $10.00 per night for each additional guest over 12 years old (this is for the cost of linens and towels that are laundered per guest)
  • Add $5.00 for children under 12 years old
  • Rates do not include tax or a universal cleaning fee of $25 per reservation

Senior Citizen Discount

We provide discounts for guests 65 years of age or older as well as active Military Members. We also offer a discount for stays 7 days or longer


 We do not allow discounts for multiple rooms reserved under one name (one discount per visit) nor do we allow combined discounts.

Cancellation Policy

When reservations are made, you will be responsible for ALL room charges unless you cancel 1 weeks. All dates require a 7-day cancellation period. Please call us for more details. 


We do not allow cancellations due to inclement weather (please refer to your confirmation email) and no longer make exceptions due to rain


We NO LONGER TAKE CANCELLATIONS VIA EMAIL and do not respond to them due to privacy. Please call the office at 910-328-2171 to make any changes to your reservation. We will NOT take cancellations via email. Please contact us via telephone.


'No Show's' (reservations that just do not show up without even a phone call ((this has soared in 2021/2022)) are not allowed to book with us in the future and any reservations made by those folks in the future will just be cancelled with no notice. If you do not show up without even a phone call for your reservation, then that just isn't fair to other people who could really do with getting away for a few days.
